textBob Terms of Service

Effective November 6, 2026.

These terms govern use of textBob, controlled by Chitlabs LLC, including textbob.io, app.textbob.io and the supported assistant messaging service. Contact Justin@textbob.io with service or account questions. Accept these terms only if you are legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for a business, authorized to do so.

Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your phone and connected accounts, and tell us if access is compromised. You are responsible for the authority and permissions you grant. A workspace administrator can invite members, assign roles and manage workspace connections and selected company resources. Personal connections remain subject to their controller's authorization and the provider's own permissions.

Connect only accounts and resources you are authorized to use. Do not submit content you lack permission to process, interfere with another person's account, bypass access controls, distribute malware, send spam or use textBob unlawfully. Do not place passwords, payment-card details or other secrets in assistant messages. textBob is not an emergency service or a service for regulated medical or other specially protected records.

Assistant requests and external actions

textBob uses AI and connected services to help answer requests and carry out supported work. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important facts, destinations, amounts and changes. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the service. textBob does not replace professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

An authorized request can cause changes in connected services. Actions allowed by your current role may run without another approval prompt; actions requiring approval wait for the designated review. Review and approve only work you intend to authorize. Revoking access or cancelling a request cannot necessarily undo an action already sent to another service.

An accepted request, an external service accepting an operation and confirmed completion or message delivery are different events. Delivery, availability and completion can depend on third parties. When an effect is uncertain, resolving it may require investigation rather than repeating the action.

Messaging

Message frequency depends on your requests and enabled service messages. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of supported assistant messaging, START to resume or HELP for assistance. Providing a number for sign-in does not by itself authorize promotional text messages. You may need web access to manage your account or review a required approval.

Your information

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize textBob and its service providers to process it as needed to operate the requested service, including relevant AI processing and authorized actions in connected services. Our Privacy Policy describes these practices and your choices. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Pilot availability and fees

Pilot access and features can be limited by provider approval, account permissions and the features enabled for a workspace. A connected status does not guarantee every operation is available. We may pause affected features for security, maintenance, provider restrictions, misuse or unresolved operational issues.

Any paid pilot or subscription requires separately agreed pricing and payment terms before charges begin. These terms do not establish a subscription price, trial conversion or automatic renewal.

Ending use and service limits

You can stop using textBob, disconnect integrations and contact us to request account closure. We may suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements. Account closure does not reverse completed third-party actions or remove records that must be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pilot services are provided as available, without a guarantee of error-free results, continuous availability or third-party delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. A separate written pilot agreement may add or change terms for that pilot.

We will provide notice of material changes to these terms and obtain agreement when required. Changes do not retroactively authorize actions or charges.
